Manufacturing & Dimensional

  • Diameter: We regularly manufacture up to 6000 mm in diameter and can accommodate larger diameters for specific project requirements.
  • Height/Length: Capable of fabricating lengths up to 90 meters.
  • Thickness: We regularly manufacture up to 50 mm in thickness and can accommodate higher thickness for specific project requirements.
  • Weight: Each equipment piece can weight up to 50 MT.

  • Tubesheet Thickness: Capable of handling thicknesses up to 150 mm.
  • Tube Outer Diameter (OD): Supports tubes with diameters up to 80 mm.
  • Weight: Each heat exchanger can weigh up to 50 MT.
  • Types: We manufacture all TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) types of heat exchangers.

  • Thickness: Fabrication capabilities for thicknesses up to 40 mm.
  • Diameter: Can handle diameters up to 5.5 meters.
  • Quality Assurance: Each dish end undergoes strict quality checks, including dimensional accuracy and NDE testing, ensuring compliance with ASME standards.

  • Software: Thermal Design (HTRI), FEA & Fatigue Analysis FEA, Mechanica Design (PV Elite), 3-D Modelling, Drafting.
  • We use the latest engineering software and design tools to deliver high-quality, custom-engineered solutions to meet specific project requirements across various industries.
